To achieve maximum freshness, eliminate intermediate storage costs, and significantly reduce our carbon footprint, we ship all orders directly from our international manufacturing and specialized fulfillment warehouses.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

All orders are processed, verified, and quality-checked within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before dispatch.

Once your package leaves our international fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Timelines
We proudly offer tracked shipping to the United Kingdom and selected international markets.

United Kingdom: Estimated 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

International (EU & Rest of the world): Estimated 10 to 18 business days after dispatch.
Please Note: These timelines are shipping estimates provided by our logistics partners. While the vast majority of deliveries arrive on the lower end of these estimates, transit times are not strictly guaranteed.
3. International Logistics & Potential Delays (Protection Clause)
Because your premium order travels through dedicated international transit channels to reach your destination country, shipping times can occasionally be influenced by external logistics factors.
By purchasing from Velvet Root™, you acknowledge and agree that your package may experience occasional delays due to variables entirely beyond our control, including:

Velvet Root™ is not liable for any minor delivery delays caused by these unavoidable external factors. We appreciate your patience and assure you that our team monitors every package closely.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For UK Customers: For orders under £135, relevant taxes are structured during checkout in compliance with local regulations, ensuring a smooth customs transit directly to your address with no hidden courier collection fees.

For Rest of the World: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable upon arrival in your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Velvet Root™ is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete address details.
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because it was unclaimed or an incorrect address was provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-send the item.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier or neighbors first. Velvet Root™ is not liable for packages stolen from your property after verified delivery.
If your package has stopped updating in transit for more than 25 business days, please contact our dedicated support team, and we will initiate an official investigation with the courier to resolve the issue or process a replacement.
